A Little About ME Soybeans. . .
Hello! My name is Jeonghwa Moon. You can just call me Jen. I am from Korea and used to live in the United States. Now, I am in Korea. Throughout my life, soybeans have been a consistent part of my diet. I learned how to make soy paste and soy sprout while growing up and have pleasant memories of my mother making traditional soy recipes. I have a passion for soybeans and soy products, and I would love to share my passion and experiences with you if you are looking for health benefits, ideas, and/or soy recipes. When I was young, I didn’t really know the soy benefits, but it was the most important nutritional food source on the dinner table. As I grew up, I realized that soy contained countless health benefits that I gained without even knowing it. Now, though there are still many health benefits to be discovered, there is evidence that soybeans may be able to substitute for over-the-counter medicines, providing natural health to the individual, as well as to society as a whole. Because of my love for soybeans and soy based foods, I am happy to share information about soybeans and soy products. I hope that soy-beans.org can fulfill your needs and help you become more familiar with soy. The ideas I have put on my website have the potential to improve your diet and health immensely in a natural way. I also hope I can help you improve your health and well-being by helping you experience soybeans, nature’s greatest gift, in all their varieties. If you have any questions or comments, please feel free to contact me.
