Spread soy chips or your favorite chips on a cookie sheet, and sprinkle with chopped purple onions, tomatoes, chopped green onions, sliced olives, and shredded soy cheese. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes until cheese melts. Garnish with soy based sour cream.
Quesadillas:
Put one flour tortilla on a pan, and sprinkle with sliced olives, tomatoes, and soy cheese. Cover with another soy flour tortilla, and heat on pan until the cheese melts. Flip when desired. Spread some soy based sour cream on top before serving. (Optional: Add cooked shredded steak if desired.)
Soy onion dip:
Prepare one container of soy based sour cream, and mix with an onion dip packet (can be found at any grocery store). Serve with soy chips or your favorite chips.
Option: If you want to make a vegetable dip, combine baked chopped onions, cheese powder, pepper, and salt. Mix into the soy based sour cream instead of the onion dip packet.
Eight-layer dip with Soy based Sour Cream:
Ingredients include black beans (boiled and mashed), chopped tomatoes, olives, chopped purple onions, soy cheese, and soy based sour cream.
