When you hear about a food that is good for your health, you are not the only one who may eat it excessively to gain health benefits in a short amount of time.

Oriental doctors recommend consuming a variety of foods for a healthy body.

This is because excessive intake of one type of food usually results in a negative outcome rather than health benefits.

It is important to know when and how to add variety to your diet.

It has been suggested that plants with protein should be consumed with whole grains to maximize their health benefits, so you get all eight amino acids in your diet.

Reports have shown that some people who drink soymilk excessively have seen negative results. The problem is that people who hear of benefits focus on just one source of food intake.

The best way to add soy into your diet is to do as the Asians do: eat it as a side dish with varieties of other foods. You can add tofu, soymilk, or soy paste soup, etc. into your diet if you haven’t tried them before. This way of eating soy will make your diet healthier and will possibly help you gain other health benefits.
