Yummy TOFU
Tofu in less than 5 minutes
Yummy TOFU? Sounds Yummy... No time to cook? Want to fix food in less than 5 minutes? Instead of fast food, would you rather have some healthy food with fewer calories, low fat, and still a high amount of protein? How about Tofu? It is quick and easy. You can also increase nutrients by making homemade tofu at home.

Ingredients 1/3 package of tofu 1 egg 1 TBS soybean oil or olive oil Some soy cheese or regular cheese (optional)
Sauce
2 tsp. Kelp soy sauce A few drops of sesame oil
Directions: - Whisk one egg.
- Cut tofu into ½-in. slices and then coat with egg.
- Cook in oil on stove until brown on both sides.
- Mix soy sauce and sesame oil together.
- Dip baked tofu in sauce or drizzle the sauce on top before serving.
(Yield: one serving.)Option: Additionally, you can sprinkle soy cheese or regular cheese on the top of your tofu and microwave it for about 30-40 seconds to melt the cheese.
